    Eligibility

    इस recruitment की eligibility को समझते समय सिर्फ graduation देखना पर्याप्त नहीं है। यहां Education + Language + Computer + Employment Exchange Registration सभी conditions महत्वपूर्ण हैं।

    Educational Qualification

    Candidate के पास recognized university से Bachelor’s Degree होनी चाहिए और नीचे दिए गए दो routes में से prescribed requirement पूरी करनी होगी।

    Bachelor’s Degree in any subject, जिसमें graduation level पर कम से कम एक paper इनमें से किसी subject का पढ़ा हो:

    किसी भी subject में Bachelor’s Degree के साथ 12th standard में Mathematics में 50% marks।

    यह distinction बहुत important है। केवल किसी भी stream से graduation होना अपने आप eligibility साबित नहीं करता। ऊपर दी गई subject/Mathematics condition भी satisfy करनी होगी।

    Language Requirement

    Candidate ने HSLC level पर English + Assamese/Bengali/Bodo में से किसी एक local language को subject के रूप में पढ़ा होना चाहिए।

    इसलिए application से पहले अपनी HSLC marksheet में language subjects check करना जरूरी है।

    Computer Qualification

    Candidate को computer का knowledge होना चाहिए और handheld device पर data entry करने में comfortable होना चाहिए। इसके साथ Minimum 6 Months Computer Course Certificate किसी Government-recognized institute से होना चाहिए और इसे application process में upload करना होगा।

    Employment Exchange Registration

    Candidate के पास Assam State का valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate होना चाहिए।

    Salary / Pay Scale

    Selected Field Assistant (Statistics)/Enumerator को Pay Band-2: ₹14,000 – ₹70,000 के साथ Grade Pay ₹5,600 मिलेगा। इसके अलावा applicable rules के अनुसार अन्य allowances भी admissible होंगे।

    ध्यान रखें कि ₹14,000–₹70,000 pay band है। Actual monthly salary में applicable allowances और deductions के कारण अलग amount हो सकता है।

    Selection Process

    यहां सबसे जरूरी बात यह है कि advertisement ने अभी detailed examination pattern जारी नहीं किया है। Notification में कहा गया है कि selection merit के आधार पर होगा और selection procedure तथा examination details application portal पर application शुरू होने की तारीख से उपलब्ध कराई जाएंगी।

    इसलिए अभी final रूप से यह कहना सही नहीं होगा कि कितने questions होंगे, कितने marks होंगे, exact duration क्या होगी, negative marking होगी या नहीं, कौन-कौन से sections होंगे।

    क्या preparation रोक दें? नहीं। पिछली SLRC Class-III graduate-level written examination pattern को केवल reference point की तरह देखा जा सकता है। 2024 के SLRC graduate-level pattern में Social Studies, General Knowledge, Logical Reasoning & Mental Ability, General Mathematics, General English और Reading Comprehension जैसे areas शामिल थे और negative marking भी थी। लेकिन यह 2026 Field Assistant post का confirmed pattern नहीं है।

    इसलिए final preparation official portal पर जारी होने वाले 2026 pattern के अनुसार update करनी चाहिए।

    Application online mode में होगा।

    1. SEBA/ASSEB के official application portal पर जाएं।
    2. Field Assistant (Statistics)/Enumerator recruitment को identify करें।
