परिचय

Bihar School Librarian Eligibility Test 2026 के लिए BSEB ने application schedule जारी कर दिया है। इस परीक्षा के लिए online application 1 October 2026 से 21 October 2026 तक किया जा सकेगा। परीक्षा Computer Based Test यानी CBT mode में होगी। Paper में कुल 150 marks होंगे और exam duration 150 minutes यानी 2 घंटे 30 मिनट रहेगी। खास बात यह है कि गलत उत्तर के लिए negative marking नहीं होगी।

अगर आपका लक्ष्य Bihar Government School में Librarian के रूप में आगे बढ़ना है, तो केवल form भरना काफी नहीं है। आपको Library Science के core concepts के साथ General Knowledge की भी अच्छी तैयारी करनी होगी।

Bihar Librarian Exam 2026 क्या है?

Bihar School Librarian Eligibility Test एक eligibility examination है। इसका उद्देश्य School Librarian के लिए निर्धारित qualification रखने वाले candidates की eligibility test के माध्यम से जांच करना है।

कौन Apply कर सकता है?

Latest available information के अनुसार candidate का Bihar resident होना जरूरी है। इसके अलावा candidate के पास graduation के साथ recognized university से Library Science में Bachelor’s degree होनी चाहिए। Graduation में सामान्यतः minimum 45% marks की requirement बताई गई है और निर्धारित categories को 5 percentage points तक relaxation दी गई है।

BSEB School Librarian Eligibility Test 2026 में सभी categories के candidates को age limit में 10 years की special relaxation दिए जाने की जानकारी सामने आई है। इसका मतलब यह है कि जिन candidates को age के कारण पहले difficulty लग रही थी, उन्हें इस examination के लिए notification में दी गई special provision को जरूर देखना चाहिए।

Exam Pattern 2026

यह section आपकी preparation के लिए सबसे important है। Latest notification information के अनुसार exam:

• CBT mode में होगा

सबसे पहले Library Science के basic concepts मजबूत करें।

General Knowledge के 50 Marks को Ignore मत करें

कई candidates Library Science पर पूरा focus करके General Knowledge को last में छोड़ देते हैं। यह approach avoid करें। आपके daily preparation plan में GK के लिए अलग समय होना चाहिए।

Bihar से जुड़े facts पर विशेष attention देना practical रहेगा क्योंकि examination Bihar-specific है।

तैयारी कैसे करें? — 4 Stages

अगर आप चाहते हैं कि आपकी preparation random न होकर qualifying-oriented हो, तो preparation को चार stages में divide करें।

Stage 1: पहले Concepts Clear करें

शुरुआत में questions याद करने की जगह concepts समझें। उदाहरण के लिए Classification पढ़ रहे हैं तो केवल definitions याद न करें — यह समझें कि classification क्यों किया जाता है, इसका purpose क्या है और different systems में basic difference क्या है। इसी तरह Cataloguing में केवल terminology याद करने के बजाय examples के साथ concepts समझें।

Stage 2: Library Science के 100 Marks को Target करें

क्योंकि paper में Library Science का weightage 100 marks है, इसलिए preparation time का बड़ा हिस्सा इसी section को देना चाहिए। एक practical daily split:

अगर आपके पास कम समय है तो भी रोज Library Science + GK दोनों को touch करें।

Stage 3: MCQ Practice शुरू करें

Concept पढ़ने के बाद objective questions solve करना जरूरी है। हर chapter के बाद कम से कम 30-50 MCQs लगाने की कोशिश करें। उदाहरण: आज Classification पढ़ा → फिर Classification के MCQs → फिर गलत questions की list → अगले दिन गलत questions का revision। इस तरीके से आपकी preparation केवल reading-based नहीं रहेगी।

Stage 4: Mock Test से Speed Develop करें

Exam duration 150 minutes है और paper objective nature का है। इसलिए preparation के अंतिम phase में full-length mock test लगाना जरूरी है।

इससे आपको actual exam जैसी practice मिलेगी।

No Negative Marking का सही फायदा

Latest reported pattern के अनुसार wrong answer पर negative marking नहीं है। लेकिन इसका मतलब यह नहीं है कि बिना पढ़े हर question पर random guess करें। Better strategy:

• पहले sure questions solve करें
• फिर doubtful questions पर जाएं
• Elimination technique use करें
• Time बचने पर unanswered questions review करें
• कोई question छोड़ा न जाए, यदि final official pattern में no negative marking ही रहता है

Notes कैसे बनाएं?

बहुत लंबे notes बनाना जरूरी नहीं है। हर topic के लिए 1-2 page short notes बनाएं। उदाहरण — Classification Notes: Definition, Purpose, Important terms, Major systems, Key concepts, Frequently confused points।

इसी तरह Cataloguing, Library Laws और Information Sources के लिए अलग short notes बनाएं। Exam के अंतिम दिनों में यही notes तेजी से revision कराने में मदद करेंगे।

Previous Questions कैसे Practice करें?

Previous year Library Science questions को केवल answer याद करने के लिए use न करें — हर question के पीछे concept समझें। अगर कोई question किसी classification system से पूछा गया है, तो उसी topic से जुड़े 5-10 additional questions खुद solve करें।

इससे एक question की preparation कई possible questions की preparation बन जाती है।

Current Affairs के लिए क्या करें?

Current Affairs के लिए बहुत ज्यादा sources follow करने की जरूरत नहीं है। एक reliable daily source चुनें और important points note करें — Government schemes, Awards, Appointments, Sports, National events, Bihar-related developments, Education-related updates।

Last 3-6 months के important current affairs को revision में शामिल करें।

Exam से 7 दिन पहले

Last week में नई किताब या नया source शुरू करना avoid करें। Revision Priority:

Exam Day Strategy

Exam centre पर पहुंचने के बाद सबसे पहले instructions ध्यान से पढ़ें। Computer-based exam होने के कारण mouse/keyboard interface को लेकर घबराने की जरूरत नहीं है। Paper में no negative marking की reported व्यवस्था को देखते हुए time management बहुत महत्वपूर्ण रहेगा। एक practical approach:
